This is a hands-on pasta & pesto making class for adults (age 18 and above).Participants will make pasta dough from scratch, and use various manual kitchen equipment to produce a variety of pasta. Participants will also create their own signature pestos using a mortar & pestle, and a variety of ingredients. Participants will produce enough to take home, and also eat at class. Participants are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with their pasta. This is a hands-on bread making class for ages 14 and up. Participants will make a traditional Greek bread from scratch to take home. This is a fun class for teens and adults, which involves learning to properly proof & bake yeast bread, and also using natural dyes found in nature to color Easter eggs.
