Although we love cardio, we love strength the most. Our unique purpose built strength PODs give you everything you need for your strength workout. We have five available for booking 12 hours a day.Building a strong body is the best foundation you can give it for long term health and fitness, compliment this with cardio and you will 100% improve your lifestyle for the long term.Everyone receives an induction to use the strength equipment and we are always around should you have any questions.We are not a typical gym environment and all of our specially selected equipment is based on free weights, we are a friendly environment where everyone will feel inspired and comfortable.

With a focus on posture, core and balance pilates is the perfect way to test the boundaries of your inner strength.Using your bodyweight only and a few pieces of equipment we work to create a strong foundation for your body. Pilates is all about finding that inner power and using it to get strong and make everyday tasks easier.Our teaching style is gentle, motivational and encouraging. We start slow and we build, we want you to focus on you in our classes.

We are both avid cyclists with a passion to encourage others to enjoy this low impact, high cardio sport.Cardio fitness is important for heart health and spinning gives you a chance to push yourself in a safe and motivational environment. The low impact on the body makes it a great place to start to build fitness no matter your age or ability.Our dedicated spin room is atmospheric and fully mind and body interactive.
