Over the past few years, we have been developing our property by building yards for inventory and parking lots. In doing so, we have stripped and stockpiled a large amount of high-quality topsoil that we are now screening and offering for sale.Our topsoil is sourced from River Valley, featuring an organic/sand mix that allows excellent drainage without excessive water retention. Having used this material on our own projects, we were extremely pleased with how well it spread without clumping and how quickly it grew healthy grass.We offer three different options for purchasing this material:Bagged, ¾ Minus - $50 per BagComes in a 3’x3’x3’ bag with lifting straps.Weighs approximately 2,500 to 3,000 lbs. depending on moisture.A clean, easy way to handle; can be loaded into a pickup bed or flat trailer. Please call in advance to make an appointment and reduce wait time, so we can be ready to load you. Please ensure your vehicle can carry the load of topsoil you have requested in one trip, we unfortunately cannot accommodate multiple trips.

Why buy all the ingredients yourself when you can come reap the benefits of mixing up your own custom potting mix?
