Addresses physical, emotional, and chemical stressors that affect the spine and overall health. By aligning the spine and posture, it helps restore balance to all the body's systems and nerve supply, improving overall functional health and well-being. Enhances the body's innate healing abilities, aiding in the recovery from various conditions and injuries. Can alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve quality of life by promoting relaxation and easing tension. I recommend starting with at least three sessions, as it can take a short amount of time for your nervous system to recognise and respond to this new point of contact. Once the body learns this patterns further deepens and the release and balance. Your first session includes a full spinal and posture assessment, with regular re-exams along the way. In cases of deeper or long-term tension, more frequent sessions (sometimes up to 2 a day) will be of most benefit initially to break long-held nervous system patterns. For ongoing wellbeing, regular 30-minute "maintenance" sessions are ideal to help release daily stressors which can begin to accumulate. *Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (no jeans or heavy fabrics). The couch is heated and extra blankets are available so you can fully relax and enjoy your session. This shorter session is also suitable for babies and children.
