課程理念 課程主要藉由詠春拳第一階段 -小念頭初級動作的訓練，來達到詠春手法與身體結構配合的協調與基礎運用。課程目標 1.訓練手身步結合的協調性。2.為模擬攻防對練時，展現消打同時的攻防要點，建立對練基礎。3.對於基本詠春拳結構力學的認識。上課方式 1.講師示範與實際操作。2.團體互動及小組活動。3.個別指導與反覆練習。評量方式 學員出席率30%，學習成果20%，課堂討論20%，學習態度30%學員自備事項 1.穿輕鬆服裝(運動服裝為佳)。2.穿運動鞋。3.帶飲用水及毛巾(擦汗用)。這門課適合誰 對於藉由詠春拳課程來運動健身並防身有興趣練習的民眾歡迎參加。(以未學過任何武術的民眾為優先 )
