About: We are offering summer long volleyball training on Sunday mornings & Wednesday nights in east Scarborough for athletes ages 10-15. Athletes will be grouped by skill level with one court for developmental players and second court for competitive players. The Sunday 9-11 am slot time is for the younger age group (10-13) starting June 7th and the Sunday 11-1 pm is for the older age group (14-15) starting June 21st and runs once a week until August 23rd. We will be offering setter clinics, defensive clinics, 6v6 training, serve receive training thought out the summer to get you ready for school and REP volleyball tryouts. Location: 292 Manse Rd. Each class is designed in a way to accommodate and challenge everyone no matter their previous gym experience. - We use polar heart rate monitors which show us live data that tracks calorie burn, heart rate and training zones

Come down to our studio for a 45 minute Yoga class taken by our fully qualified yoga instructor Alex.Our wellness morning starts off with a 45 minute yoga class upstairs, once that is finished we go down and relax with a cup of tea or coffee. Smoothies, acai bowls, toasties and much more will also be available.

You do not get a full written report with this session as that will be given in person on the session.  However, you will receive a summary and a few affirmations and recommendations from the session by email.
