We have several exercises classes running such as; a Lower Back class and a General Strength and Conditioning class. Individual exercise sessions can also be arranged. Should you be interested in joining on of these classes. Please can you book a physiotherapy assessment so we can establish where your strengths and weaknesses are, so we can slot you into the appropriate class. Contact us for our rates.

During the COVID-19 pandemic we are also offering online sessions, for those who are wanting to be cautious or in quarantine. Your physio appointment will be a video session and where we are able to assess you in detail and give you advise on how to manage your condition. This workshop is designed to stimulate the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of children through yoga exercises, games, relaxation/meditation, and exciting art & craft projects. all in the Christmas spirit. We offer a positive, fun, relaxed,  and mindful attitude towards children, giving them space for their own exploration within safe boundaries.  We are having a special surprise for the children (all included in the price).Parents or Guardians:Your child will need a named water bottle.Hair is to be tied back, and if they can wear grippy type socks if they do not want to go barefoot or are wearing tights!!.Arts in the park will not take responsibility for any damage to clothing or items brought into class.Can you make sure your child has been to the Toilet and Washed their hands prior to the class.If your child has a high-temperature 38c or is feeling unwell please do not send them to the class.We will ask you to collect your child if they fall ill demonstrate disruptive behavior or in any way put the group at risk.LOCATION: Please be aware this workshop will be at Hut 6 (UDance UK) Tilgate Forest Recreation Centre Tilgate Park RH11 6BP Our classes are non-refundable.*A Health Questionnaire will be needed to be completed on the day but prior to the class commencing, this is so Fay can go over any issues raised on the form.Namaste
