Focused treatment to relieve tension and pain. This includes some scalp massage to aid relaxation with flowing moves to warm up muscular tissue before deeper treatment to guide out knots and restore freedom of movement. Pressure should not be painful but guided by individual needs. Deeper, more thorough treatments do take longer so please take this into consideration when booking.  As a guide: 30 mins - good for general tension with a few knots 45 minutes/1 hr - substantial stiffness, knots and/or pain. A good result takes time...it probably took a lot longer than 30mins to create all those knots! To really make progress releasing tension/pain consider booking a course of 3 weekly treatments.
