Wie kann ich meine Beziehung neu gestalten?Beziehungen haben Aufs und Abs. In unserer kurzlebigen Zeit muss eine Beziehung mehr können als in den Generationen davor.Ich unterstütze Paare beim Finden Ihrer individuellen Beziehungswünsche, beim Weiterentwickeln der Beziehung (das tu ich am Liebsten ;-)) und beim Lösen der Beziehungsprobleme. Und auch mit Kindern kann man eine schöne Liebesbeziehung als Paar wiederfinden.Ich arbeite dabei auch oft auch mit Kolleginnen, für weibliche und männliche Sicht zu Themen, Problemen und Lösungen.

Wir erwarten, dass unser Leben in geraden Bahnen verläuft und schmieden eine Menge Pläne. Leider entwickelt sich nicht immer alles planmäßig …Mein Lieblingsspruch dazu ist:„Wenn du Gott zum Lachen bringen willst, erzähl ihm von deinen Plänen.“Wenn alles glatt läuft, sind wir im Himmel und fühlen uns unverwundbar. Aber im Leben gibt es nicht immer nur Hochs, und die Tiefs lassen uns (ver)zweifeln und wir beginnen, uns Fragen zu stellen:Was wünsche ich mir vom Leben?Was treibt mich an, wie kann ich mein Leben selbst gestalten und nicht nur Passagier sein?Wie soll mein gutes Leben aussehen?Welche Art von Beziehung will ich (er)leben?Wie sieht ein erfüllendes Berufsleben aus?Garantiert Erfolg automatisch ein gutes Leben?Aufgrund dieser Fragen stelle ich das Ich in den Vordergrund. Ich unterstütze Sie, Ihr individuelles Ich zu finden und alles, was es braucht, damit Sie Ihr gutes Leben führen können.In Sachen Beziehung, Elternschaft, Job und Karriere bzw. allem, was Ihnen Spaß macht und Sie erfüllt.

Da kann es oft um den Umgang mit den Kindern, um Grenzen setzen usw. gehen.Andererseits biete ich Ihnen an, Sie beim Abschied von der Zweisamkeit und der Neugestaltung Ihrer Beziehung zu begleiten. Als vierfacher Vater weiß ich, dass es nicht nur ums Elternsein, sondern auch um die Frage geht: Wie schaffe ich es, neben dem Alltag auch noch eine gute Liebesbeziehung zu haben?

O nascimento do segundo bebé, pode ser uma oportunidade de ressignificar a tua experiência de amamentação (quando não correu tão bem com o primeiro filho).Estas consultas são dadas pela Enfermeira Catarina Fernandes, assessora de lactação e Instrutora de Massagem Infantil. 

Esta sessão destina-se a pais/famílias de crianças a partir dos 2 anos até aos 12 anos, que apresentam dificuldades em comer. Esta primeira sessão, tem como objetivo avaliar a alimentação da criança, bem como o seu comportamento alimentar. Com base nas dificuldades existentes na alimentação da criança, que os pais trazem para a sessão, será efetuado um diagnóstico relativo à Seletividade Alimentar e, em conjunto com a família, definido o próximo passo para ajudar a diminuir as recusas alimentares e a alterar o comportamento alimentar.A sessão é orientada pela Liliana Morais, Coach nutricional infantil.

É um dos temas que mais preocupa os pais. De facto, 1 em cada 4 bebés sofre com cólicas, e os episódios de choro associados têm um impacto profundo no bem-estar de toda a família, levando ao sofrimento e ao cansaço.Na consulta da cólica, serão abordadas algumas estratégias como a massagem, o aleitamento, o posicionamento do bebé, o banho de relaxamento, entre outras, com o objetivo de melhorar o bem-estar do bebé e de toda a família, permitindo que esta fase seja vivida de forma mais tranquila. Estas consultas são dadas pela Enfermeira Catarina Fernandes, assessora de lactação e Instrutora de Massagem Infantil.
