WHAT IS INNER CHILD HEALING?As defined in the Cambridge Dictionary, “Your inner child is the part of your personality that still reacts and feels like a child.” In simple terms, it’s a part of you that has unresolved wounds, hurt or repressed emotions due to incidents from your childhood. This can lead to dysfunctional behaviours, emotions and responses as an adult.Working with our inner child helps us to release the energy from these past incidents that are having a negative impact on our lives today. This allows us to move forward as our authentic Self.HOW DID THE INNER CHILD GET HURT?There are many ways the inner child can be wounded, some of the ways are listed below:Physical/Emotional/Sexual abuse Loss of a parent/guardian/sibling/grandparentMental illness of a family member or serious illnessChanges to the nuclear family e.g. divorce, birth of a new siblingSubstance abuse and/or domestic violence at homeNeglect or feeling isolated from family or friendsSevere bullying as a child and/or teenager Facing issues with sexual orientation and/or gender dysphoriaExperiencing a natural disaster and/or becoming a refugeeSIGNS OF A WOUNDED INNER CHILD WITHIN AN ADULTMinor traumas are fairly common in most childhoods, so even with the mostly positive experiences it doesn’t mean you won’t need to do inner child work at some point. Signs that you might have suffered unresolved childhood trauma include but are not limited to:AddictionsDepression or anxiety without a clear cause.Self-sabotage/Self-harming/Self-defeating behavioursViolent or Passive-aggressive behaviourIssues with relationships including a distrust of other peopleStress/Insomnia/Lack of ability to focus HOW CAN INNER CHILD WORK HELP?Regressing to past experiences can help release repressed emotions and energy that remain unresolved from the trauma, we will also work to help  reframe any beliefs or mental conclusions drawn from the incident and brought forward into the adult life.WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?Our first session will take around 1.5 hours and will focus on discussing any current life issues you wish to work on, followed by developing an initial connection with the inner child.Subsequent sessions will take 1 hour and will cover any learnings from previous sessions, discussions on life experiences/issues between sessions and an inner child regression.The inner child regression process we use is not a form of hypnotherapy, we work with alpha brainwaves rather than theta brainwaves - you will be fully conscious during the session and will not be in a suggestible state during the process.

This service is used to remove soot particulate matter and ash from the vehicles Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). A blocked DPF can cause issues such as sluggish acceleration, strange smells, and most importantly- increased fuel usage (meaning that you get less bang for your buck!) A clean DPF is required to pass an MOT check (if it was originally on the vehicle). NOTE: THIS SERVICE DOES NOT ALLOW FOR DAMAGED AND/OR BROKEN DPF SYSTEMS

Vehicle ECU Remapping Session with Full DiagnosticsPlease note: If your ECU is factory-locked and needs to be removed for “bench” tuning, an additional £100 fee applies. Only around 10% of vehicles require this. If you’re unsure, please contact us for guidance.Important: If your vehicle is a Ford equipped with a SID212 or SID212EVO ECU, do not use this service. Instead, call the office for assistance.Regulatory Notice In the UK, vehicles must retain their DPF filter, EGR valve, and AdBlue system to meet legal requirements. By requesting a removal-related service, you confirm that you understand the vehicle must not be driven on public roads in any area where such modifications would be unlawful.

This service includes full diagnostics, data logging, and performance power runs on our dyno. Please note: Vehicles equipped with a CVT automatic transmission can have horsepower measured only as torque readings are not possible.ECU Access RequirementsIf your ECU is factory-locked and must be removed for bench tuning, an additional £100 fee will apply. Een assistent techniek assisteert de door de klant aangesteld techniekers. Naast zijn functie als assistent techniek, zal de persoon geen andere taken uitvoeren.
