Our ever popular Silver Swans classes designed for over 50 but age isn't an issue. Whether you have donned a pair of ballet shoes or not this is a unique and fun filled dance class with a great community spirit. Ballet improves posture, coordinationa, ballance and flexibility accompanied to superb piano music a mixture of classical pop classics and musical. The level is low to moderate but if you want more challenge, suggest attending the Ballex class on Tuesday evening.
