Coaching Session for Existing Clients (50 min)

If you have questions or want to speak with  Dee for purposes other than nutrition counseling, select this option.

During our follow-up sessions we'll meet to review your progress, keep you moving forward, and make any necessary changes to your eating plan.  More importantly, we discuss your eating behaviors and the circumstances that lead to unhealthy eating. I'll coach and guide you to take the next steps you need to achieve your particular goals.  We will also address any questions you have or challenges you are encountering.

This consult allows us to get acquainted and for me to gather some preliminary health information from you.  We'll talk about your needs and goals, I can answer any questions you have about the program.  <style> </style> After we've had our Pre-Assessment, I will email you a welcome letter, my intake/consent form and food record forms. These forms will need to be returned by email prior to our initial consultation. This gives me time to review the forms and helps to maximize our time together. If you have recent blood tests or other lab reports, you may email them to me also.

Free Discovery Call A real conversation for when something no longer feels aligned. You’ve done what you were supposed to do. You’ve pushed through, handled responsibilities, kept life moving, and from the outside things may even look successful. But internally, something feels different. Not dramatic. Not loud. Just a quiet sense that something is missing. A disconnection from yourself, your direction, or the way life feels underneath everything you’re carrying. At some point, that feeling becomes difficult to ignore. That is what this conversation is for. Not to fix you. Not to analyse you. Not to pressure you into anything. Just a grounded, honest conversation about where you are right now, what has been weighing on you, and what may be keeping you stuck in the same thoughts, patterns, emotions, or internal pressure. Together, we’ll explore what life has been feeling like for you beneath the surface, what you genuinely want moving forward, and whether working together feels aligned. And even if we do not continue beyond the call, you will leave with something valuable: More clarity. More awareness. More understanding of yourself and your situation. Because sometimes one honest conversation is enough to begin changing the way you see everything else. The call takes place via Zoom. Once booked, you’ll receive your confirmation email with all the details you need. Because awareness changes everything.

Deep Dive 3-Hour Breakthrough Session A focused space to uncover and shift the deeper patterns shaping your life beneath the surface. This is not a rushed session. It is a space where we slow everything down properly and look at what has truly been driving your thoughts, emotional responses, behaviours, reactions, and internal pressure over time. Because much of what shapes the way we experience life is not happening consciously. It is built through past experiences, emotional conditioning, coping mechanisms, protective behaviours, and patterns formed earlier in life that slowly become automatic. Over time, they stop feeling like learned responses and begin feeling like who you are. Even when they are the very thing keeping you stuck. You can usually feel that somewhere in your life already. In recurring patterns. In emotional reactions that feel disproportionate. In the pressure you carry internally. In the sense that despite external success or progress, something deeper still feels unresolved beneath the surface. This is the space where we work with that properly. Not through endless analysis or surface-level conversation, but by slowing things down enough to clearly understand what is happening underneath it all. Together, we explore one of the core areas that has been weighing on you and begin uncovering: where it originated how it shaped your thinking and behaviour how it continues affecting your life today and what needs to shift for real change to occur As we go deeper, patterns begin becoming visible in a different way. The emotional responses underneath them. The protective parts of you that learned to carry life a certain way. The internal pressure that has quietly shaped your decisions, relationships, behaviours, and sense of self over time. Nothing forced. Nothing performative. Nothing unnecessarily dramatic. Just honest, focused attention on what is actually there. And when something is finally seen clearly, it often begins loosening naturally. Internally, things feel lighter. Less tight. Less reactive. There is more space, more understanding, and a stronger sense of clarity around yourself and your life moving forward. And importantly, we do not rush the ending. Time is taken to properly ground and integrate what has surfaced, so you leave not only with insight, but with clarity, steadiness, and something meaningful that can continue supporting change beyond the session itself. You will also receive a short period of follow-up support afterwards to help integrate the experience into your real life, rather than leaving everything inside the session alone. This work is not for everyone. It is for people who are ready to stop circling the same patterns and honestly meet what has been shaping their life underneath the surface. £297

THE IMMERSION Full-Day Experience There are moments when what is needed is not another conversation. Not another strategy. Not another short session squeezed into a busy week. Not more surface-level solutions. Just the time and space for something to properly shift. That is what this experience is designed for. THE IMMERSION is a full-day transformational experience created to help individuals, relationships, teams, businesses, and groups slow things down enough to clearly see what has been happening beneath the surface and begin creating meaningful change from there. Because often, what people are struggling with is not the visible problem itself. It is the pressure, disconnection, emotional tension, communication breakdown, internal noise, or unconscious patterns sitting underneath it all. Different environments. Different circumstances. But often the same root: Disconnection. From self. From others. From clarity. From what actually matters. This is the work we focus on throughout the day. With the space that a full day allows, we move beyond surface conversation and begin properly understanding the dynamics, behaviours, emotional patterns, pressure, and ways of operating that have quietly shaped the situation over time. Not through force. Not through performance. But through awareness, honest reflection, meaningful conversation, emotional intelligence, and grounded practical work that allows people to see themselves, each other, and the situation more clearly. As that happens, something begins shifting naturally. The atmosphere changes. Tension softens. Communication becomes clearer. Things that have remained unspoken begin finding language. There is more presence. More honesty. More understanding. More connection. For individuals, this can become a powerful reset and realignment experience. For families or relationships, it can create calmer, healthier, and more conscious ways of communicating and relating to one another. For businesses, teams, and organisations, it can strengthen leadership, trust, emotional intelligence, communication, culture, and collective direction in a way that genuinely lasts beyond the day itself. And throughout the experience, the focus remains the same: Working with what is actually present. Fully. No split attention. No surface delivery. No generic workshop structure. Just focused, intentional work shaped around the people, environment, and transformation required. THE IMMERSION can take the form of: private one-to-one experiences relationship or family immersions team and company transformation days leadership and communication workshops community experiences or speaking and facilitation events designed to create meaningful and lasting impact By the end of the day, something feels different. Not simply understood intellectually, but genuinely shifted. There is more clarity. More connection. More presence. And a stronger foundation for moving forward in a healthier and more aligned way. This is not for curiosity alone. It is for the moments where something genuinely needs to change and you are ready to meet it properly. If that resonates, the next step is a conversation. Together, we’ll explore what is needed, what the environment requires, and how the experience can be shaped specifically around that. Because sometimes transformation does not require years. Sometimes it requires one day, approached properly.
