8-week course booking The first year of your baby’s life is the best time to introduce swimming, and begin to build a bond with water through play. Creating this magical bond with water will set them up for a life of confidence and safety around the water. Our instructor will guide you step by step on how to hold your baby to ensure you keep them safe. Play is a key factor of our Sea Stars sessions, using toys, songs, and games to encourage your little one as they explore the water.

8-week course booking As your baby starts to walk and communicate more, our lessons become more active The sessions continue to encourage play whilst introducing new skills such as swimming movements, bubble breathing, and jumping. We will also take the chance to introduce submersion if your child is ready.
