A welcoming 20-minute conversation where we get to know you, share how DBT with Friends works, and help you find the right group or coach to feel supported.

Choose half day sessions for either a morning or an afternoon session. You will be prompted on the next page to select which one you would prefer. Morning sessions run from 8am-1pm and include breakfast, snack and Lunch. Afternoon sessions run from 1pm-6pm and include afternoon snack and tea. You pay by the session not by the hour, therefore you can access the session at any point during this time to drop or collect your child.
