Vegan & Non-Vegan Options.Coffee from a Philadelphia based coffee brewery company.Fruit from Iovine Brothers Produce.This is a great event for morning grab and go or for Valentine's Week.Residents can enjoy their sweet boxes and coffee in the lounge or on the go for a love filled breakfast.All sweets and coffee are free for residents! Residents will also gain knowledge about the Philadelphia based companies and discounts. This event is for 30 residents max. 

Adding The Zen Building's candle making class to your event or as an activity for your apartment community is always a Zen filled experience.Attendees will receive knowledge on candle making, make an 4oz candle while enjoying wine and refreshments.
