Over the course of a 2 hour class Andre will share tips and ideas within a structured session on creating your own bespoke Christmas wreath.Each participant will receive the following:Foam wreath (oasis)Festive foliage such as holly, pine, conifer & ivyCones, lotus, berries & dried fruitsRibbons and festive sundries decorations such as baublesWires and pins.You will be supplied in the ‘Christmas Wreath Making Kit’ a list of suggestions should you wish to enhance your Wreath. Le yoga offre un espace de calme où la future mère travaille son corps en douceur et  prend conscience de sa respiration. Un moment d’écoute et de paix en lien avec son bébé. Le yoga pré-natal met l’accent sur l’ouverture, pour créer davantage d’espace dans le bas ventre pour le bébé, ainsi que pour les organes digestifs et les poumons de la Maman, permettant aux énergies vitales de circuler librement (sang, oxygène, prana).Les postures permettent de soulager des petits maux : jambes lourdes, sciatique, problèmes digestifs, maux de dos, etcUne séance de yoga pré-natal est composée d’une heure de postures et d'exercices respiratoires (Hata Yoga et Pranayama) et se termine par 10 minutes de relaxation profonde (Yoga Nidra). Tarif dégressif : 18€ une séance, 5 séances 80€ et 150€ les 10 séances.  Les séanes ont iieu à partir de 3 personnes - merci de me contacter pour confirmer si la séance aura lieu.Merci d'apporter une serviette.

Il s’agit d’une séance adaptée aux couples, pour bouger en douceur, bercer, soulager les tensions, respirer et se détendre ensemble, avec le support de ballons, de rebozos (écharpe mexicaine).

Un moment de détente et de remise en forme pour la maman. Les postures permettent d’assouplir et de tonifier progressivement périnée, abdominaux, jambes, dos, fessiers.
