Was there just something special about their brain, or is there more to it? I got obsessed with learning everything about extraordinary people’s lives, their methods of working and outlook on life. Not only did I notice lots of similarities, but I also started applying the core methods into my own life. These methods are really not what you think they are. There are people who’ve had it way worse than me!’’ Yes, if you think you haven’t suffered enough to deserve these kinds of conversations or to get things off your chest, this is a sign you need them! There is a reason almost any therapist will ask you about your childhood; it is the period during which our psychological foundation is built. Unfortunately, almost all of us have been damaged to some degree during this period. Therefore, even if you think your childhood was okay, or maybe even good, rest assured that a big portion of everything that’s troubling, hurting or secretly sabotaging you today can STILL be traced back to your younger years. If you have severe childhood trauma, such as a narcissistic parent, you probably also know the lack of understanding you will find with most therapists. I’ve been told by clients that they have been told things such as: ‘’Your mother sounds really stressed.’’, ‘’Try to understand what she has gone through in her childhood.’’ and ‘’Your parents are still your parents.’’ If you’ve had people say this to you, then I am sorry you had to go through that. La consultation diététique est réalisée suite à la demande de la personne.Elle s’appuie sur une démarche de soin diététique et comprend :- un bilan diététique,- la mise en place d’une stratégie,- la négociation d’objectifs diététique entre la personne et le diététicien,- et le suivi nutritionnel à but éducatif, préventif ou thérapeutique.

 Le suivi diététique est organisé  après une consultation. Il permet d’assurer un soin diététique complet avec des actions thérapeutiques, éducatives et/ou de préventions. Le cycle de suivi est décidé et organisé en accord avec la personne (nombre et fréquence des consultations).Le suivi finale termine un ensemble de consultations de suivi par une évaluation globale.Un bilan est réalisé par le diététicien. Il est transmis à la personne soignée.Il sert à proposer d’autres consultations de suivi à la demande de la personne. Il décrit les signaux ou événements d’alerte qui incitent à reprendre contact avec un diététicien.
