We will prepare all the legal submissions that will be put before the court before the hearing.We will set up a file and advise on any necessary evidence that can help along the way, we also can look through and forward this evidence for you to Tribunal and assist with letters to the GP/DWP and liaise with Court personnel. If you win the appeal, we ask for a voluntary suggested donation amount, which will discussed when the appeal has ended, and your backpay has been received.
