La séance de suivi se déroule avec l'enfant seul, et débute par un temps d'échange avec l'enfant sur son humeur du jour, comment il se sent. Puis nous pratiquons des exercices de relaxation ludique et de détente mentale autour de la thématique travaillée. Les exercices sont adaptés à l'âge de l'enfant.En fin de séance je prévois un court temps d'échange avec le(s) parent(s). 

La première séance de sophrologie se déroule en plusieurs étapes. Tout d'abord il y a un temps d'anamnèse durant lequel je vous interrogerai sur les différentes sphères de votre vie afin de comprendre vos attentes et vos besoins et de définir ensemble votre objectif. Ensuite, nous réalisons un temps de relaxation avec des exercices de respiration, de mouvements doux, et de visualisation positive. La séance se termine par un moment de partage des ressentis et des conseils pour intégrer la sophrologie dans le quotidien.A l'issus de cette première séance je réalise votre protocole personnalisé.

La séance de suivi permet d'avancer dans l'atteinte de votre objectif. Pour cela nous effectuons un court temps d'échange sur votre pratique des exercices et vos ressentis entre les séances. Ensuite nous réalisons un temps de pratique, suivi d'un moment d'échange sur vos ressentis. Pour finir, nous définissons ensemble la pratique de vos exercices à domicile.
