A confidential consultation/ health discussion will take place at the first session. This enables me to gather information about your medical history and any issues you are currently experiencing. A full Reflexology session is also included. Then if you so wish, an individualised treatment plan can be tailor-made to reflect your needs.Cancellations policy:Whilst we understand, and empathise with life’s emergencies, Daisy Daydream Reflexology requires 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a booked appointment.Any sessions cancelled with less than 24hours notice will require 50% of the cost to be paid. A typical treatment will last approximately 1 hour, where you can enjoy a 10-minute foot-soak while we catch up, followed by a 50-minute reflexology treatment. A 6-week course including an initial consultation. This is especially to treat mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, low mood and low self esteem. It is a combination of Reflexology and Mindfulness Exercises.
