Was geschieht gerade? Im Alltag werden gewöhnlich Wahrnehmung, Vermutung oder körperliches Empfinden als Gefühl bezeichnet: "Ich habe das Gefühl, das meine Freundin/mein Freund mich anlügt." Hier arbeiten wir gemeinsam an der wichtigen Differenzierung zwischen Gefühlen, Stimmungen und Wahrnehmungen. Please read: Guidelines for Outdoor Visits at Maple Park LodgeMedium Risk Exposure to Covid-19 for Residents / StaffNo Covid-19 Test Required, Maximum 2 VisitorsOutdoor Visits Procedure:Booking:·         There are no outdoor visits if the resident is symptomatic or self isolating or during outbreak.  ·         The visit will take place at the designated outdoor visit area. A maximum of 2 visitors will be permitted providing they all reside in the same household.·         No drop-in visits are permitted.·         Visit will be scheduled by contacting the recreation department and booking an available time slot at least 48 hours in advance.·         Visiting Hours: Visits are scheduled in 30 minute time slots with time in between to allow for disinfecting all surfaces that were or may have been touched by residents or visitor.·         The visitor cannot book visit using voicemail. The visitor must have visit confirmed with the recreation department to determine that the time slot is available.·         The name of the resident and the name of the visitor(s) must be provided at booking. The visitor(s) is not to visit any other resident or come in contact with any residents that are outside.·         Visitor must bring their own face mask on the day of the visit and wear while on the property.Day of visit:·         The visitor will self screen at home for any symptoms - fever, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion, hoarse voice, difficulty swallowing, new smell or taste disorder(s), nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, unexplained fatigue/malaise, chills, headache. Have you had any exposure to a close contact with respiratory illness or probable or confirmed case of Covid-19? Have you traveled internationally within the last 14 days? If the visitor has any of these symptoms, or answers YES to the questions, they should not visit.·         Visitor to provide their own face mask and personal lawn chair.·         Visitor must put on their face mask when they arrive on property and before approaching the screening desk.·         Screener will complete the screening tool including taking the visitor’s temperature.·         If the visitor does not pass screening, does not have a face mask, they cannot visit the resident.·         If required, the screener will contact the RN to assist when visitation is denied.·         Screener will direct the visitor to complete hand hygiene.·         Screener will complete the required details of the visitor and the resident being visited on the visitor log.·         Visitor will go to the designated outdoor or visiting area outside.·         The resident will be brought to the designated outdoor or visiting area by staff.·         Physical (Social) distance of minimum 6 feet must be maintained at all times.·         No food items, treats, snacks or beverages to be exchanged with the resident or permitted on site.·         No gifts or parcels to be exchanged with the resident.·         There is to be no physical contact (no touching, no hugging, no kissing).Consequences of not following protocols:These protocols are in place to keep residents and staff safe. It is important to understand that these visits are non-contact visits (no hugging, touching or kissing). No food items, treats, snacks or beverages to be exchanged. If any of these protocols are not followed, residents could be exposed to Covid-19. Therefore, failure to follow them may result in revocation of visiting privileges. In addition, your resident may have to be placed in isolation for 14 days in order to keep the other residents safe.

Then an introduction to the evening's topic - we are basing our evenings on bringing Balance into our lives.  Followed by energy work, 3 x Balance techniques and closing by bringing you into alignment with the vibrational resonance of Joy - this sustains your Spirit well into the weekend and following week. We finish with a cacao drink around the fire (weather permitting) and oracle card decks will also be available if you wish to pull a card and sit with that - be in your own space or socialise around the fire. Come back each week for sharing, clearing and energetic top ups with your women friends. I have found young women from 16yrs age love this group too.
