For now I am offering Saturday 26th April 10am-12pm (can extend into the afternoon if needed) however if the demand is there I will open up Sunday 27thin the afternoon as well.We recommend a neutral coloured wardrobe for each set - please see 'What To Wear' below.BOOKING TERMS Session Location: Port Douglas - address advised after booking.Package Price: $150 session fee. Includes 3 Hi Res, edited digitals. Additional photos are $30 each - or buy 4 and receive the 5th for free.All other prints and products not included in package above can be ordered by contacting us.Entire Agreement:This agreement contains the entire understanding between Port Douglas Wedding Photography (PDWP herein) and the CLIENT. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties. In the event that the parties waive a portion of this agreement, the contract is not waived in its entirety. The party against whom a waiver is sought to be effective must have the waiver in writing.Reservation: A signed contract and the package amount are required to reserve the specified coverage. The full amount is required at the time of booking to reserve the session for your elected date and time. The cost covers the session time and the group photo. The cost of any additional files is due at time of ordering.Cooperation: The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. In the event the children are not having a good day, we will work with them as best we can.Copyrights: Copyright of all photographs taken by PDWP will be assigned to PDWP and may not be reproduced in any manner without PDWP's explicit written permission.Images and Copyright remain the property of PDWP. We will store a copy of your images up to six (6) months, after which time we take no responsibility for storage.PDWP reserves the right to all images for any display or promotional purposes. PDWP releases the photographic images to the CLIENT for personal use.Exhibition: CLIENT grants PDWP permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of Port Douglas Wedding Photography's work.Model Release: The CLIENT hereby grants PDWP and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same.Social Media Policy: You are free to share any of your photos on Social Media platforms. If displayed on social networking sites we appreciate tags! In the event that the CLIENT requests more extensive editing: Editing can be provided for a fee of ($150 an hour), to be paid prior to any additional editing being completedWeather Policy: In the event of weather conditions out of our control:Due to photography equipment and lighting conditions, it is the photographer's discretion if weather conditions are such that the session must be rescheduled, cancelled or changed to a wet weather location. If cancelled you will receive a full refund.Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: No refunds are available for this event – tickets may be transferred to another model for your date/time session.Props: The CLIENT is responsible for bringing any props that they would like in their photos in addition to what is supplied.Appearance: In the event that the CLIENT would like additional photos due to appearance out of the photographer's control (hair/makeup, windy/hot weather etc in the session, the CLIENT will be charged for an additional session at the photographer's hourly rate to reschedule or shoot additional photos.Additional Members: Photo Sessions are for family members listed. In the event that the CLIENT wants to add additional family members/friends/pets they will be required to advise photographer to discuss any potential extra charges to accommodate for the time it takes to photograph the additional models, as well as a signed model release at the time of the session.Outfits: Any outfit changes are included in the allocated time.What to Wear: Neutral coloured clothes without logos and bold prints generally look best. We suggest light/white/neutral coloured flowy dresses for girls and light/white/neutral shirts and neutral bottoms for boys however these are your photos and we welcome you bringing your personality into them and/or any holiday outfits. If you would like to wear any halo/flower crowns etc the look beautiful as well.Tardiness: In the event that the CLIENT is late to the appointment set, the CLIENT'S session will still be for the same scheduled ending time.Security Retainers: Full payment of $30 will be taken to secure your session allocation and is non-refundable.Completion Schedule: Editing and image delivery takes approximately 2 weeks after you have selected the images you would like edited. In the event that image delivery is outside of this time, the CLIENT will be notified via email before the due date. As long as selections for your included images are made by the following morning of your online gallery being posted we will have them to you within the timeframe given, if not before.Payment: Please make payment when bookingPlease note that you will be unable to proceed with your booking if these terms are not accepted as indicated in your booking form.

I am exclusively a lifestyle newborn photographer, photographing your baby in your home. I typically like to schedule these 5-14 days after the birth. Schedule based on your due date and then we can reschedule if the baby comes early or late. Cost is $445 and due the day of your session.
