Before beginning your 16-week training program, please schedule 3 acclimation visits on three separate days.These visits are intended to help you adjust to your assigned training group and should take no longer than 30 minutes. Parking is free. One FULL COURSE OF TREATMENT is 5 sessions (4 sessions + 1 follow up session, each 60 min to 75 min), however some clients may require more treatment depending on their condition and how long it has been present.IN-PERSON TREATMENT SCHEDULE: The recommended course of treatment provided in-person is either 1 session per day over 4 consecutive days + follow up session 3 - 4 weeks later OR 3 consecutive day sessions in one week and then 1 session the following week plus follow up session 3 - 4 weeks later OR alternatively we can do 1 session per week over 4 consecutive weeks + follow up session 3 - 4 weeks later.
