This will be an open ride session using the erg video software.  The workouts will be course simulations including tempo, climbing and group rides.   This will be an more laid back and independent session. Registration is required and we will set you up at the start of the session based on that.  There will be a coach onsite but it will not be a structured interval class.The session will be 90 minutes long, although you are welcome to come at anytime and stay as long as you want or use it to get in some extra time before or after class.   Riders new to our program please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you set up and help explain the workout.   Veteran riders may arrive at any time but are expected to be able to set themselves up and calibrate their trainers on their own. 

The Cycling Performance Classes consist of 60 Minutes of intervals that will help you improve your stamina, speed and strength when riding outside. Classes follow a 4 to 8 week protocol of progression, which can be modified by your coach to increase or decrease intensity, based on how quickly you improve.Workouts are held in a group setting, but are individually tailored and adjusted to fit your abilities and experience level. The workouts provide you with goals and instant feedback on how you are doing.Reports of your ride are also generated and e-mailed after each class, along with files, so you can track your workouts and see success or improvements in multiple areas. Our on-site, Coaches, will help you understand and use this feedback to both motivate and help you get the most out of each session.Our indoor cycling workouts provide a safe environment where you don’t have to worry about weather, traffic, dogs or potholes. You’re guaranteed to get a good workout and a great experience while you push yourself to new limits!***Arrive 30 minutes early so you may set up and properly warm up.

Flash Rides are 90-120 minute indoor rides and they include real course simulations of climbing, tempo, and rolling hills.  Big screen TVs provide cycling and triathlon-based entertainment, as well as real time data, including power, cadence, KiloJoules, speed and other metrics.Your point of view is of a helmet cam or dashboard video of the actual outdoor ride as you roll along at your own intensity in a group setting. No Drops, and you may stop and restart the ride at any time.A ride report is emailed immediately after the workout.  Flash rides are offered on weekends or holidays only. They are not regularly scheduled rides.If the weather looks cold, rainy, or excessively hot/bad ozone days, expect a class to be added to the schedule just a few days in advance.Rides are announced through email as well as on our Facebook and Twitter page.Flash Rides will be announced in the days prior to inclement weather weekends. This class is hosted by Jon. Two unique style workouts are fused together for one high energy workout! Kick off your workout on the bike with a 20-minute ride with sprints, hill climbs and heavy resistance. Follow your ride with HIIT Circuit (High intensity interval training)! This class will give you a mix of plyometrics, body weight, strength and core intervals. Strengthen your muscles, burn calories, kick up your heart rate, and push your limits, this is the total body experience.

This class is hosted by Kaila. Kaila is an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for fitness, currently pursuing a fitness certification through the NASAM. She currently works as full-time teacher’s assistant but the thing that gives her life is catching a beat on the bike. In the past year and a half, she has lost 35lbs, dropped a couple pant sizes, and started to tone and gain muscle. Being active was one thing but working out was another challenge and her nutrition was everywhere. With some help, Kaila learned to properly workout, how to fuel her body, and gained a lot of confidence along the way.She knows there are always things she can work on, but her goal isn’t to just lose weight anymore. With a different mindset, a healthier lifestyle has formed and it’s all finally clicked! She is so happy with the confidence she has found in myself. Her open book personality and spunky attitude are huge assets to the team! Follow her moto, “Don’t give up because you’re worth it!”
