We offer personal training for all levels of fitness and age categories.  We work with you to get perfect formand structure while you are performing different strength, cardiovascular, balance, and flexibility exercises.  We performa physical assessment with you before we start to see where you are starting from and then design workoutsbased on your fitness and physical goals.  In some instances, you must be cleared by a physician to start any type ofphysical training program and/or nutrition planning.  Ask us about our small group (2-3 people) training to learn in smallergroups and help you save some money.
