POP Pilates is a pre-choreographed dance workout using Pilates moves. The workout is done on a mat with no other equipment required. The format of this workout consists of a warm up, building a rock solid core, stability, mobility, cardio and flexibility. Who can do POP Pilates?This workout is for everyone. This class serves as an ideal avenue to enhance fitness levels, alleviate stress, and enhance agility and flexibility. Osobní trénink – Platba osobně. Individuální plán pro výkon, sílu a zdravý pohyb bez univerzálních šablon. Specializace: silový trénink a powerlifting (dřep, bench, tah), sportovní příprava, hypertrofie, mobilita a prevence zranění. Každá lekce má jasný cíl, systematickou periodizaci a důraz na techniku. Nabízím přesné vedení, korekce, motivaci a bezpečný postup bez zbytečného přetěžování. Tréninky probíhají individuálně dle tvého času a preferencí. Platba probíhá osobně po lekci. Vhodné pro sportovce i začátečníky.

Diagnostika pohybového aparátu je komplexní vyšetření, při kterém detailně hodnotím funkční stav celého těla – od hlavy až k patě. Cílem je zjistit skutečnou příčinu bolestí, potíží nebo pohybových omezení, a neřešit pouze jejich následky. Součástí diagnostiky je i vyhledání svalových omezení a slabých míst pomocí silových testů. Zjišťuji, kde tělu chybí síla, stabilita nebo aktivace, a kde naopak dochází k přetížení.
