It is designed to target the deep connective tissues of the body.Yoga Nidra, on the other hand, is a guided meditation practice that takes you into a state of conscious deep sleep. It's meant to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. This practice is often used for relaxation, stress reduction, and improved sleep.This Class is floor based in heated room. Bring some water and towel and wear comfortable loose clothing.
