The aim of Dallas Sports Recovery & Massage is to improve the overall performance and well-being of anyone looking to decrease their muscle soreness, reduce recovery time, and increase energy. We identify and treat the specific problems affecting each patient, and design a recovery plan to complement your training for an Ironman, Marathon, ½ Marathon, 10k, or 5k.
