It is important to find a quiet and comfortable space where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the session. Please ensure you are free from any external distractions such as programmed crystals, essential oils, music, TV, or incense. A quiet, comfortable & noise free space is the ideal setting to get the most from your session. I will contact you via email or text in the 30 minutes before your session to ensure you're ready by start time (PLEASE NOTE: if you do not reply i will still continue with the session - the onus is on you to cancel before the start time if you can't be in position to receive the healing) and after the session I will message to let you know it is finished.
