Chakras are energy centres in the body much like stars are energy centres in the sky. I focus on 7 main ones which run from the bottom of your spine (Base chakra) up to just above the top of your head (Crown chakra) - they relate to 7 areas of your life. In this session I release old patterns and energy from each chakra, align your chakras with Mother Earth's chakras (sacred sites), do a traditional chakra balance and finish by sealing and protecting your aura. This blissful session includes Tibetan singing bowl sound healing and a guided chakra meditation.
