Sports therapy and post-rehab training
Sports therapy and post-rehab training is a 45-minute session.
Introductory price for first-time visit at $85. Subsequent single session at $120. Discounted treatment and maintenance programmes of 4, 6, 9, 12 sessions are available.
This treatment-based, non-invasive session focuses on discomfort and pain relief for specific problem areas.
Manual therapy techniques includes trigger point therapy, holistic massage, heat treatment and assisted-percussive therapy.
Light exercises and stretches will be prescribed if necessary for home care and self-rehabilitation.
Note: Initial client assessment and interview prior to treatment necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of the client.
