Private browsing at Biblioasis Bookshop!
Book a 30 minute time slot to have the entire bookstore to yourself. Feel free to bring other members of your household (up to 5 people per party). Enjoy the luxury of browsing the entire store without having to wait for someone to be done in the section you want. You can even request a playlist to listen to while you're here!
Hand sanitizer: sanitizer will be provided at the door. Please use some when you enter the store.Masks: our bookseller will be wearing a mask for your safety. We ask that you also wear a mask while browsing. If you don't have a mask, we will provide a complimentary disposable mask upon arrival.Touching: we understand that part of browsing books is getting to pick them up, read the back, and flip through the pages. In order to keep everyone safe while browsing, we ask that you wear (provided) disposable gloves. If you pick up a book and decide not to purchase it, please put it in our browsing cart and we will sanitize it for the next person. We will also sanitize any high-touch areas between customers. Physical Distancing: as much as possible, please try to stay 6 feet apart from our bookseller at all times.Self-Checkout Option: Unfortunately, our machine does not have a tap option. If you'd prefer not to touch our machine for payment, self-checkout is possible through our website. Ask our bookseller for the WiFi password, purchase the books you've selected through our website using your own device, and you'll be good to go!Symptoms: if you are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms or you recently have been in contact with someone who has, please choose our home delivery option rather than booking a private browsing session.Children: your entire family is welcome to shop with you during your private browsing session.
