Learn all about our sister business, New Norfolk Distillery, and what makes their rebellious spirits so popular.
This guided tasting experience includes a sample of five distillery products - three spirits, one liqueur of your choice and your choice of ready-to-pour cocktail.
You will also receive 10% off any New Norfolk Distillery purchases on the day so you can continue your journey at home or share the experience with your loved ones.
Cost: $15 per person. Allow approx. 20 minutes.
Payment on arrival, we can take cash or card.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
*Please note this is a tasting in our store, not a tour of the distillery - if you would like to visit the distillery itself, you will need to book directly through their website.

Tasmanian Gin & Tonic Tasting
Learn all about what makes gin and sample a range of our island’s finest gins. You’ll be guided through the flavour profiles of three contrasting gins, first tasting the spirit by itself then mixing it with a tonic of your choice, so you can compare how this changes the drink.
Gins on offer include products from Taylor & Smith, New Norfolk Distillery, Hartshorn Distillery, Derwent Distillery and others. The gins you taste will depend on availability and season. Our tonic water is locally made by the Tasmanian Tonic Company. Flavours on offer include Pepperberry, Kakadu Plum, Lily Pilly and Australiana.
Included in your experience is a sample of three different Tasmanian-made gins, accompanied by your choice of Tasmanian tonic from a range unique flavours. You will also receive 10% off any gin purchases on the day so you can continue your journey at home or share the experience with your loved ones.
Cost: $30 per person.
