SEVCA’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program offers free tax preparation and related assistance to eligible clients in Windham and Windsor counties. Services are provided by IRS-certified volunteers and staff and are focused on helping individuals and families file accurate returns and receive the credits and benefits they are entitled to.
