¿What will be tasted?
1st: Homemade EMPANADAS TUCUMANAS (the most famous ones in our country)
2nd: MORCILLA Y CHINCHULIN.
3rd: CHORIZO SAUSAGE. We will try the famous CHORIPAN ARGENTINO
4th: MATAMBRE PORK BELLY MARINATED WITH LEMON, MUSTARD& LOCALS HERBS
5th: Argentine Steak
6th: RIB EYE with malbec salt
The BBQ will be served with ROASTED VEGETABLES SALAD, CRIOLLA SALDAD and SMOKED CHIMICHURRI SAUCE.
During dinner we will share a lot of MALBEC WINE.
DESSERT
DULCE DE LECHE Cake. “Grandma's recipe”
Finally, we will toast with a glass of FERNET WITH COCA!
*A SPECIAL VEGETARIAN MENU CAN BE PREPARED
* Keep in mind that it is located on a third floor by stairs.
**In case of rainy days it will be done indoors our apartment.
