I’m excited to see your interest in transformational breathwork. A session is about 90 minutes. Beginning with a check in and some grounding/presence practice, intentions setting, then moving into the breath practice for 45-60min including some rest/integration time at the end and completing with another check in to ensure you are good to go leaving the session.Throughout the session I offer coaching which can include affirmations, comments to bring your attention to things I notice in your body, invitations to experiment with movements and/or sounds.The main goal is to get as present in the body as possible and remain curious about what arises. At any time if things become too much the breath can be slowed down or return to normal breath through the nose to reset.Please let me know if you have any questions when booking a session.

Our breath is always with us, how often do you notice it? Tuning in to one's breath is one of the simplest ways to get present. It provides an opportunity to check in with oneself and get information about what's currently happening.This weekly offering is an opportunity to come together in community from our own spaces to find presence through the breath and take a bit of time to just be.Our time together will begin with a check in and some grounding work to bring us together in the present. We will then move in to a 15-20 minute breath practice that will be inspired by the check ins. Closing with another check in before we part.This offer is free of charge and open to everyone with any level of experience with breath practices - from "What's a breath practice?" to "I've done this a million times."Each time we breathe intentionally we open a little more to different possibilities and opportunities within ourselves and in how we navigate this world.Looking forward to connecting.

 I graduated from Willis College in 2020, and I studied Indigenous community service/support work - I previously worked as a crisis counsellor for Minwaashin Lodge from August 2021- April 2022..  I use indigenous teachings and knowledge to incorporate with healing tactics in the westernized social service world. This service is offered to individuals seeking support in times of need. Feel free to reach out. I am here always.

**(E.g If you don’t afford it but need someone to talk to, DO NOT hesitate to book your session) This option is solely to provide adequate mental health supports to said individuals seeking out extra supports in time of need, or do not have supports at all.
