Neuromuscular massage therapy is a form of soft tissue massage that aims to alleviate chronic muscle and nervous system disorders and problems. It is mainly used to fix trigger points, circulation, nerve compression, postural problems and repetitive movement injuries. The aim of a neuromuscular massage is to go straight to the source of your pain and alleviate it.

Swedish massage is the most traditional form of Western massage, and for many in the United States, it's the image associated with massage. Swedish massage, or classic massage as it called in some countries, is a relatively gentle massage form focused on the body's superficial layers.

The Piwakawaka (fantail or sky dancer) Hot Desk, is available for hire on a 1/2 day basis  (4 hours). It is in an open plan design, privacy screen for your comfort. Day rate includes desk, chair, power, internet, shared kitchen, bathroom, meeting space and warm fire through winter. 

The Kōura (Freshwater crayfish) Hot Desk is available for hire on a 1/2 day basis  (4 hours). It is in an open plan design, privacy screen for your comfort. Day rate includes desk, chair, power, internet, shared kitchen, bathroom, meeting space and warm fire through winter. 

The Pekapeka ( better known as a long tailed Bat) desk space is available for day hire (8 hours). Desk in open plan design, privacy screen for your comfort. Day rate includes desk, chair, power, internet, shared kitchen, bathroom, meeting space and warm fire through winter.
