Mental Health First Aid is an initial response to distress and all participants on the course understand that this help is given only until other suitable or professional help can be found.The session will be facilitated by Lynn Pilkington, This is Milk - Inclusion and Engagement Consultant, and Chris Grant, Change Maker and Parkour Coach.Join us to learn how to talk about mental health and to gain confidence supporting a person in distress.
