Each 1-on-1 session includes a full-body workout, emotional support, education, accountability, awareness, and expert individualised fitness instruction and motivation.

During your PT session, you'll do a mixture of cardio and aerobic exercise, work on strength and endurance, and possibly flexibility or range of motion exercises too.

Again, how your workouts are structured will depend on you, your goals, and your current fitness levels

Group training consists of small groups of three to 10 people who receive specialised and focused training. During your session, you'll do a mixture of cardio and aerobic exercise, work on strength and endurance, and possibly flexibility or range of motion exercises too.

Mother’s Day mini session includes the following : 

- 30- 40 mins studio photo session by Heather Photography (Shooting on film + digital) 

- Fresh flower decoration by Homemade Floral 

- maximum 2 adults + 2 kids 

- 80 photos with colour retouch will be delivered via online gallery 

This session is £250 ! You will get an hour in Greenwich park or local areas and get a same day online gallery! When you book I’ll send you an email to confirm payment and then we meet! It is always advised you bring your dogs treats leads and collar, harness is hard to edit out so please only bring if you want it in the photos! We can handle any type of dog just please make us aware of any issues before hand. This is for one dog each extra dog will be an added charge of £35.(1 HOUSE HOLD ONLY) different owners must pay independently. 

A 7-10 minute appointment where you can discuss one issue with one of our doctors. Examples include prescription requests, examinations and query infections.

Prior to commencing any treatment sessions, an initial consultation is required. Initial consultations are carried out via Zoom, or an alternative video calling system if preferred, and will usually last 20-25 minutes. The initial consultation will include the following:

Following this initial consultation there is no obligation to commence hypnotherapy sessions.

Each session is much more than just hypnosis. We start by exploring the positive things that have happened over the last week which, establishing positive thought patterns which helps you deal with life in between sessions. We'll explore how these positive things cause you to feel, helping you visualise small steps towards your new goals which then become more achievable.

The process supports you to think using your 'Intellectual Brain', your Left Prefrontal Cortex. When we think from this section of our brain, we mostly get things right in life as it's rational and makes appropriate assessments of situations in life. We cannot always change the events in our life, but with practice, we are able to change the way we decide to think about them. Each session will last 50-55 Minutes.
