Our Wednesday Play Group Session offers an enjoyable and interactive experience for children and their parents or guardians. For just £3.50, one adult and one child can participate in a range of engaging activities. Additional children can join for an extra £1 for the first, and there is a minimal fee of 50 pence per head for any additional children. Create precious memories with your little ones every Wednesday. Payment options include cash, card, bank transfer, or advance payment upon contacting us.

(Please note this would cover up to 1 adult and 4 little ones, any additional adults and children would need to book an additional ticket)

Happy Day's Train Time, is a captivating and immersive experience designed to ignite the imagination and delight train enthusiasts of all ages. Join us for a fun-filled session where you can freely play and interact with other children or personalize your own rail journey. Unwind with engaging crafts, indulge in delicious snacks and refreshing beverages.

10 am until 11.30 am for a more tranquil experience, explore our specially tailored session for children aged 5 years and under.

12 noon until 1.30 pm This session caters to all ages, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Pre-settlement viewing for apartments on levels 1 - 6 (only).

Viewing to be held on:

Thursday 21st September - appointments available from 8.30am to 4pm (last viewing window)

Friday 21st September - appointments available from 8.30am to 3pm (last viewing window)

Viewings are in 30min slots. Viewers are not strictly limited to 30 mins in the unit, you can stay 5mins or 60mins. But all viewers will be required to vacate the building at 4.30pm on Thursday and 3.30pm on Friday, so if you require longer than 30mins in the unit do not book the last appointments of the day.

Only one viewing per unit is permitted, regardless of the number of buyers.

Multiple viewings booked for the same unit will result in earlier viewing times booked to being cancelled.

Bookings for viewings of units not on levels 1 - 6 on these days will be cancelled without warning. If you purchased multiple units, it is recommended you book a time on the highest level unit that you are purchasing, so you can view all in one visit.

We ask that you limit attendees, outside of named buyers, to those who absolutely need to be there, eg Property Managers, window treatment consultants etc. They are to arrive in time for the start of the viewing window. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry.

These viewings are not the time for buyers to hold viewings with potential tenants, viewings of this nature are to be done once you have possession of the unit.
