There will be outdoor group circuit classes available for Richmond, VA and Arlington, VA. There will be scheduled throughout the month and will consist of numerous locations throughout the cities. Equipment will be provided. 

This service is available for clients who want to work with weights and gym equipment. Signing up for an in person session is the best way to practice/fix your form, learn the equipment and your limits, as well as gaining muscle strength. There will be options for signing up for packages. 

PLEASE READ: You will learn paddleboard basics before paddling out onto the river then be led through a relaxing, yet core engaging flow. Class will end with a floating meditation and Savasana alongside a gorgeous sunset, one for the books! ALL LEVELS WELCOME! Whether you have never tried SUP before or are an expert, join us for this incredible way to enjoy RVA and our beloved James River. Child's pose is always welcome throughout class; you are free to do as little or try out as much as you'd like on the board.Beginners and advanced yogis alike - this is a wonderful way for any level to ignite your practice as we break down poses and focus on our foundation to balance on the board. You’ll practice core engagement and develop a heightened awareness of the muscles at work.
