For Potential Clients to book a meeting to discuss Estate Planning: which includes taking instructions to create or change Last Will and Testament or Powers of Attorney. The law society requires us to take 2 pieces of ID before preparing your estate plan. One of those pieces of ID must have a photograph; we are not allowed to make copies or accept copies of health cards. There is no fee due before the initial appointment and a price will be quoted for the estate plan when more information is received. Please note that our estate planning packages range from $500 - $2500 for a single person and $750.00 - $4,200.00 for a couple making a joint (mirrored) estate plan. The lower end of the pricing range reflects simple estates (for example: the appointment of an executor and gift of the entire value of estate to one person or to be divided equally between one group of people).  The higher end of the pricing range reflects estates where there is unequal division of assets between various beneficiaries, life interests in real estate, specific instructions regarding various assets, the establishment of separate trusts within the will, and making arrangements for the bequest of a small business corporation owned by the testator. 

For clients who have already given instructions for their new Will and/or Powers of Attorney, and are now ready to sign their documents (Please allow one week from the first meeting with the lawyer to give time for preparation of documents).Note that payment for Estate Planning package is due on signing date. For potential clients who are looking to  be appointed as an estate trustee and need assistance with applying to Court for Probate (also called "Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee). This appointment is 30 minutes in duration and is only intended for cases where there is no dispute about the estate and no one has indicated an intention to contest the Will or the Estate Trustee's authority to act. We will need you to bring the following to the appointment: 1. 2 pieces of ID (one with photograph; healthcards not accepted). This is a requirement of the Law Society - our governing body. 2. Proof of death for the deceased (usually a death certificate).3. Original Will and codicils (if applicable).

In our Photographer-chosen Concept Shoot service, photographers have the creative freedom to select the outfits, styles, and concepts the mode will wear and perform for the photo session. This allows for unique and personalized imagery that captures the photographer's vision. Our model will work closely with the pbotogoraber to bring their chosen concepts to life.
