These photos will be loaded in the employee phonebook, career files, utilized during our annual Talent Review process and may be uploaded by you to Microsoft Suite.

Composition: The individual is relaxed against a light blue colored backdrop.Posture: Should look natural and relaxed, looking to camera. There is more opportunity for personality to come through in this grouping. The individual should be captured in a variety of different poses and angles (see examples).Dress code: See provided examples. Casual – lighter shirts on top give the pictures a more casual and brighter look. If clothing is layered make sure there is defined contrast in color. Please avoid patterned clothing. Jeans are acceptable, most photo poses won’t include your jeans in the frame.
