✨ Do you notice chronic tension in your body — like tight shoulders, a stiff neck, back pain or a tense belly? Maybe you’ve tried to relax… but your body just doesn’t seem to let go. In just 3–4 sessions, we slow down together. We listen, soften, and reconnect with your body. Because your body already knows how to let go — it just needs the right conditions and tools. I work with Hanna Somatics, a gentle method that helps you unlearn patterns of holding and bring ease and freedom back into your movement. Sometimes we also include intuitive movement & flow, so your body can start to move, breathe and feel again — naturally. This is not about pushing or fixing. It’s about releasing, step by step. And from experience, I can say: it’s so much easier to do this together than alone. Let’s go ahead and start achieving your goals.  Sometimes a little in person motivation is all that’s needed!!Whatever you do, don’t stop. Stopping is quitting. Quitting is giving up on yourself. Giving up on yourself is weakness. Weakness will not be tolerated.

Distance may be a hinderance for in person workouts.  The COVID-19 precautions are also a valid hinderance for in person workouts.  To avoid the workout in general, now that’s not valid.  This service allows you to receive an email of a workout plan.  Just let me know what you want the workout focused on i.e balance, core, etc. Also, leave a note on duration for the workout.
