P.A.A.T or the Practical Application of Acting Technique, is an introduction to the world of acting methods. Acting lesson incorporate a mix of methods based on the idea of 'realism' and 'aesthetics' for both stage and film. C.L. is the creator of major systems for achieving success, by learning things in a certain order we are able to 'insure' a better understanding and introduction to acting technique. We begin with text driven acting and then dive into emotion driven acting. At the end of our 5 weeks each student will have completed a monologue, and should feel more confident to use these techniques in any scene or study.

Students will first learn the ionian mode, including every note and chord structure within. After learning these notes, and chords students will being to organize them into song. We will explore chord progressions and start to learn the most popular, and least popular chord charts. In the final weeks of this session the student can choose to write a song of their own or to play through pretty much any song they want. This style of learning is both challenging and rewarding to the students.
