Our meeting room is spacious and well equipped to host your meetings. Cast from your laptop to our large TV and deliver the perfect pitch. Also, enjoy use of the outdoor space if you need a breather. Space hire for our meeting room is by the hour and includes a selection of refreshments.

PACKAGE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLEIn this small reformer/tower class we will focus on strength, stamina, stretch, and stability in a fun and safe environment! Please wear stretchy, form fitting clothes for safety and posture assessment. Participants may be barefoot or wear grippy socks to avoid slipping on the equipment. All levels are welcome, though instructor may suggest a particular group to match experience level for your comfort. Expect 50 minutes of movement with 5 minutes of setup and cleanup.

We will focus on latte art techniques and training and also cover commercial coffee machine volumetric programming and cafe procedures so you're familiar with barista job requirements. We will also visit the coffee roastery and explore green beans and the roasting process so you understand the whole green bean to cup process.
