La alimentación en esta etapa es sumamente importante para lograr un embarazo sano y un desarrollo fetal óptimo. Es necesario que el cuerpo de la mujer se prepare para gestar y así mantener reservas de nutrientes al máximo y obtener un ambiente adecuado para el feto.En Clínica Nutravenus contamos con un plan dirigido a parejas en proceso de concebir un embarazo sano y que deban modificar conductas nutricionales para lograrlo.Este plan tiene una duración de 6 meses e incluye dos talleres teórico-prácticos y cuatro sesiones de evaluación y seguimiento.

Una alimentación adecuada en el embarazo es fundamental para lograr un embarazo sano y un desarrollo fetal óptimo, evitar enfermedades como diabetes gestacional, preeclampsia o elevaciones descontroladas de peso, así como también evitar déficit de nutrientes que se traspasan de la madre al feto.En Clínica Nutravenus contamos con un plan personalizado y dirigido a la madre, que entregará todas las herramientas para lograr un embarazo óptimo y resolverá las dudas para las etapas posteriores.Este plan tiene una duración de 9 meses e incluye dos talleres teórico-prácticos y 4 sesiones de evaluación y seguimiento.

El puerperio y la lactancia materna son etapas que exigen un gasto de energía mucho mayor inclusive al del embarazo, por ello la alimentación materna en esta etapa es fundamental. Por otro lado l  a   lactancia materna es el mejor alimento que puedes entregarle a tu hijo, es un fluido vivo con múltiples beneficios, tanto para la madre como para el niño o niña aportando la totalidad de los nutrientes que necesita.En Clínica Nutravenus contamos con un plan dirigido a madres que requieren apoyo en lactancia materna y busquen llevar a cabo una alimentación adecuada en esta etapa.Este plan tiene una duración de 2 meses e incluye 1 taller teórico-práctico y 3 sesiones de evaluación y seguimiento.

45 minute Vinyasa Yoga class with a special guest, Taco the Welsh Pembroke Corgi. Taco will be off the lead and roaming around while we flow through a 45 minute Vinyasa class. Taco is friendly and gets very excited, he may jump up at people, so this class is *not* recommended for those who are scared of dogs. About the yoga: This class has been created to support beginners and intermediates in yoga, however all levels are welcome. In this class, you will stretch out muscles that you use in everyday life and challenge your balance and flexibility, before exploring mindfulness through meditation/breath work. Different levels for positions will be offered, to cater for Yogi's at all stages in their journey. **Please message @calmwithcoral on Instagram if you need to borrow a yoga mat** All movements are optional. Please ensure you inform us *before* arriving at the class if you have any injuries, are pregnant, or have any medical conditions. Always ensure you speak with a doctor before beginning yoga, should you have any medical conditions.
