Tijdens deze training leert u waar u uw emoties in uw lichaam voelt, wat voor emoties u ervaart en hoe u deze emoties kunt reguleren. Deze training zal u helpen om uw emotionele intelligentie te vergroten en om effectiever met uw emoties om te gaan.
