Thank you for booking the amenities room at Luxia. Your booking is not complete until you receive a confirmation email. Confirmation will be sent after your $75 rental fee cheque has been received by a member of Strata Council. Please make sure the amenities room is left clean and tidy. Do not leave garbage outside of the bins, and follow all complex bylaws. If extra cleaning or repairs are required, the cost will be charged to the associated strata lot.
