Stimulate meridian points (‘tsubo’) used in acupuncture treatment by pressing and unknotting them with fingertips to clear the stagnation of ‘Qi’. By incorporating the anatomical and physiological approach cultivated during my time as a yoga instructor, I help relax over-tense muscles and realign bones, guiding the body to its most gentle use and posture (easy breathing body). Similar to acupuncture, which directly stimulates tsubo by piercing the skin with needles, this method gently spreads its effect throughout the body like an echo. Most clients fall asleep during the session.
